Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Talenture platform ("Service"), operated by Talenture Agency ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Talenture is a platform that connects content creators with brands for sponsored content deals. The Service provides tools for managing deals, deliverables, payments, and communications between brand managers and creators.

3. User Accounts

You must be invited by an authorized administrator or brand manager to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose; impersonate any person or entity; upload malicious content or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts; interfere with the proper functioning of the Service; share your account credentials with others; or use automated means to access the Service without our consent.

5. Content and Deliverables

Creators retain ownership of their original content unless otherwise agreed in a specific deal. By submitting deliverables through the platform, you grant the brand associated with that deal a license to use the content as specified in the deal terms. Talenture does not claim ownership of any content submitted through the Service.

6. Payments

Payment terms between brands and creators are agreed upon within each deal. Talenture facilitates payment tracking but is not a payment processor. Actual fund transfers are handled outside the platform unless otherwise specified. All payment disputes should be resolved between the relevant parties.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may request account deactivation by contacting your administrator. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talenture Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via the platform or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
